About the role

We are seeking a full-time Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon (board-eligible or board certified) who is dedicated to exceptional patient care, values collaboration, and is looking for a long-term home in a thriving private practice.

Responsibilities

• Provides the full scope of oral and maxillofacial surgery, with a strong focus on dentoalveolar and implant procedures.
• Works in four busy, well-equipped locations providing a steady patient base and diverse case mix.
• Participates in a collaborative environment with experienced, supportive colleagues.
• Receives mentorship and support from the practice's leadership.
• Engages in continuing education and professional development opportunities.

Requirements

• Board certification or board eligibility in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.
• At least 3 years of post-graduate training in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid Arizona Medical License.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine (MD).
• Completed residency program in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.
• Passing scores on the ABOS (American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery) examination.
