About the role

We’re seeking a high-caliber Oral Surgeon who is driven by clinical excellence and patient outcomes. This opportunity offers consistent patient flow from an established referral base, flexible scheduling, and full clinical autonomy—so you can focus on surgery, not the day-to-day management of a practice.

Responsibilities

• Perform oral surgery procedures including extractions, implant placement, and other related surgical treatments while practicing at the top of your license with full clinical autonomy.
• Diagnose and treat oral and facial conditions requiring surgical care, developing individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s needs.
• Collaborate with general dentists, specialists, and a strong clinical community to ensure comprehensive, high-quality patient care.
• Lead and support clinical teams to deliver exceptional, patient-centered outcomes.
• Educate patients on procedures, post-operative care, and ongoing oral health maintenance.
• Utilize established systems, resources, and clinical support to minimize administrative burden and focus on patient care.

Requirements

• DDS or DMD from an accredited school
• Active state dental license (or in process of obtaining)
• Oral Surgery Specialty Certificate
• Active DEA license (or in the process of obtaining)

Pay

$4K Per Day Plus

Schedule

• 2-4 days per month typically
• 9am-5pm (open to days and times)
