Role: An Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon is sought to join a well-established practice, with potential for partnership. The surgeon will provide comprehensive surgical care, including dentoalveolar, implant, orthognathic, pathology, and facial cosmetic procedures. Responsibilities Perform surgical procedures with support from skilled RN, surgical assistants, and nurse practitionerUtilize advanced technology such as cone-beam CT and digital scannersEngage in multidisciplinary treatment planning and collaborate with top local dentistsManage complex implant cases, grafting, and zygomatic implantsFocus on delivering high-quality patient care in a supportive environment Qualifications & Skills Eligible for dental licensure in IndianaBoard-eligible or certified in Oral & Maxillofacial SurgeryStrong clinical skills in broad surgical scope and technology useExcellent communication and teamwork abilities Key Duties Provide surgical care from day one within a respected community practiceParticipate in study clubs and multidisciplinary treatment planningContribute to a patient-centered, family-oriented team focused on quality careLeverage modern facilities and support staff to optimize patient outcomes
