Requirements

• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery
• Eligible for licensure in the state of Colorado
• Strong interpersonal skills and confident building new relationships
• Communicative and team-oriented, with a commitment to relationship-based care
• Passionate about clinical excellence, mentorship, and contributing to a collaborative culture

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of post-graduate experience in oral and maxillofacial surgery
• Experience with dental implant-based treatment
• Knowledge of advanced clinical systems and digital workflows
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay

Average base salary of $550,000+ with performance-based collection bonus
