Qualifications

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
• Completion of an ADA-accredited Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery residency program
• Active North Carolina dental license or eligibility to obtain one
• Experience in performing a wide range of oral and maxillofacial surgeries with precision and care
• Ability to collaborate effectively with a team of healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient care
• Proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with referring dentists and healthcare providers
• Commitment to continuous education and staying current with the latest advancements in oral and maxillofacial surgery techniques and practices

Responsibilities

• Lead surgical procedures with precision and care, ensuring patient safety and satisfaction
• Collaborate with a dedicated team to enhance patient outcomes and streamline clinic operations
• Engage with a robust referral network to foster strong professional relationships and drive practice growth
• Mentor and guide junior staff, sharing expertise to build a cohesive and skilled team
• Participate in continuous professional development to stay at the forefront of oral and maxillofacial surgery
• Contribute to strategic planning and decision-making to support the practice's long-term vision
• Utilize centralized management tools to optimize scheduling and maximize surgical efficiency
