About the role
Joining five well-trained oral surgeons in a fully private practice (non-DSO).
Four day work week.
Highly competitive compensation with realistic total income of $1M annually.
Predominantly implants and extractions practice with option to perform larger cases at nearby hospital.
Ultra modern offices located in prime areas of Kansas City.
Equity in practice available after 24-36 months.
Skilled marketing team drives patients to the practice.

Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of surgical procedures including implants and extractions.
- Collaborate with a skilled marketing team to attract and retain patients.
- Participate in continuing education and professional development opportunities.
Requirements
- Current Missouri medical license.
- Experience in oral surgery preferred but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited dental school.
- Pass the state licensing exam.

- Ability to manage time effectively.
