Requirements

• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery
• Eligible for licensure in the state of Idaho
• Growth mindset, clear communication skills, and strong clinical vision
• Committed to excellence in patient care, leadership, and practice development

Pay

$550,000 starting base salary with performance-based upside

Schedule

Immediate partnership with no buy-in required
