Requirements

• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery
• Ideally 1-5 years into practice and ready for ownership
• Entrepreneurial mindset with leadership ambition
• Strong communicator who enjoys creating partnerships with referrals
• Committed to clinical excellence and building something lasting
