About the role

The Advanced Technology Centers (ATCs) is the engine for reinvention in our clients’ transformation journey. As a Solution Architect, you will provide assessments and recommendations on key customizations required for the Customer to Meter (C2M) transformation of the current Customer Care & Billing (CCB) version. You will collaborate closely with clients and delivery teams to develop winnable, deliverable solutions that support the client’s value proposition and business case.

You will serve as a subject matter expert with deep knowledge and experience, demonstrating influencing and advisory skills. Responsibilities include taking ownership of team decisions, engaging with multiple teams, and contributing to key decisions. Solving problems that span multiple teams is critical. This role requires a minimum of 3 days per week in the office.

Hiring locations: Tampa, Orlando, Houston, or Atlanta.

Responsibilities

  • Assess and recommend solutions for major customizations in Oracle Utilities applications.
  • Collaborate with clients and delivery teams to design solutions aligned with business needs.
  • Provide subject matter expertise in Oracle Utilities Customer Care & Billing (CCB) and C2M Back Office.
  • Influence and advise on solution architecture, planning, costing, and pricing.
  • Engage with cross-functional teams to drive key decisions and problem-solving.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a solution architect, designer, or techno-functional consultant in Oracle Utilities Customer Care & Billing (CCB).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Oracle Utilities C2M Back Office in a similar role.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years of work experience; if Associate Degree, minimum 6 years of work experience).
  • Master proficiency in Oracle Utilities Customer Care & Billing (required).
  • Master proficiency in Oracle Utilities Customer to Meter (C2M) Back Office (recommended).
  • Master proficiency in Requirements Analysis and Solution Architecture.
  • Advanced proficiency in Solution Planning, Costing & Pricing.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Specialization in Oracle Utilities C2M (any area).

Pay

Compensation varies by location, role, skill set, and experience. Below are the annual salary ranges for this role in select U.S. locations:

  • California: $94,400 to $266,300
  • Cleveland: $87,400 to $213,000
  • Colorado: $94,400 to $230,000
  • District of Columbia: $100,500 to $245,000
  • Illinois: $87,400 to $230,000
  • Maine: $80,400 to $196,000
  • Maryland: $94,400 to $230,000
  • Massachusetts: $94,400 to $245,000
  • Minnesota: $94,400 to $230,000
  • New York: $87,400 to $266,300
  • New Jersey: $100,500 to $266,300
  • Virginia: $87,400 to $245,000
  • Washington: $100,500 to $245,000
