Oracle Unifier/Project Systems Specialist

We are seeking an Oracle Unifier/Project Systems Specialist to support Project Controls teams across the U.S. while working as part of our Project Management Information Systems (PMIS) team.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support for project management and control systems used by Project Controls teams nationwide.
• Aid in configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting project systems to meet business needs.
• Collaborate with the PMIS team and Project Controls stakeholders to ensure accurate data flow and reporting.
• Support system users by answering questions, resolving issues, and providing training as needed.
• Help document processes, workflows, and system configurations for reference and compliance.
• Participate in testing and quality assurance for system updates and enhancements.
• Work with stakeholders to understand requirements and assist in implementing solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Business, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Familiarity with project management or project controls systems- specifically Oracle Unifier Systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Good communication skills and willingness to learn new technologies.
• Experience supporting project controls or engineering/construction projects (ideally).
• Knowledge of Oracle Primavera Unifier or similar project management tools.
• Basic understanding of business process design and optimization.

Pay

The base salary range for this position is $74,700.00 to $113,000.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
