Oracle Primavera Unifier Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Administer, configure, and support Oracle Primavera Unifier Version 26.6 and higher, ensuring optimal performance and security.
• Develop and support business processes, data views, custom reports, BI Publisher reports, and print templates within Unifier.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application configuration issues and defects to maintain system stability.
• Support and maintain enterprise web applications supporting reservation portals and project listings, including upgrading legacy systems from .NET Core 8 to .NET 10.
• Design, develop, and implement new web applications integrated with Oracle Primavera Unifier, utilizing C#, VB.NET, ASP.NET, and related technologies.
• Optimize and maintain Microsoft SQL Server databases, ensuring data integrity and performance.
• Deploy and support applications hosted on IIS and Windows Server environments.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, application administrators, and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Produce technical documentation, system procedures, and knowledge transfer materials.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment, and ongoing production support activities.
• Ensure all applications comply with security, privacy, and regulatory standards.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 7+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Primavera Unifier (Version 26.6+).
• 7+ years of enterprise software development experience using multiple programming languages, including C#, VB.NET, and ASP.NET.
• 5+ years of experience in database design, development, and administration with Microsoft SQL Server.
• 5+ years of experience implementing application and database security best practices.
• Proficiency with Visual Studio 2026, IIS, Windows Server 2016–2025, and deploying web applications.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
