About the role

The Oracle Services practice assists national consulting practices in planning, pursuing, delivering, and managing large, complex full lifecycle initiatives. This group advises clients on understanding, architecting, and implementing the core applications and technology required to run their business.

Responsibilities

• Engage with business stakeholders to evaluate business models and processes.
• Analyze newly implemented technology solutions to verify they meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with technical teams to design and deliver system architecture solutions.
• Support clients through project phases including requirements definition, technology risk analysis, customization, testing, implementation, training, and rollout.
• Provide advisory services as part of assessments and support services, either post-implementation or managing service agreements.

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree required.
• No less than 2 - 4 years relevant experience working with an ERP system in a software configuration implementation role specifically in Oracle EBS or Cloud.
• A proven track record in system implementation for Oracle related modules/applications: Demand/Planning, Procurement, Costing, Manufacturing, Inventory, Asset Management, etc.
• A familiarity with Oracle methodologies such as OUM or AIM.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in technology business requirements definition and analysis.
• Experience in system configuration design and technology cost-benefit analysis.
• Ability to manage client relationships and communicate with impact.
• Possess a functional understanding of system development lifecycle and technology business architecture frameworks.
• Ability to configure Oracle EBS or Cloud applications and related products (examples: Demand/Planning, Procurement, Costing, Manufacturing, Inventory, Asset Management, etc.).
• Understanding of business concepts and processes in various Oracle modules.

Skills and Attributes

Benefits

Base salary range for this role in the US is $102,500 to $187,900. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State, and California (excluding Sacramento) is $122,900 to $213,400. Individual salaries within these ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills, and geography.
