About the role
The Oracle Services practice assists national consulting practices in planning, pursuing, delivering, and managing large, complex full lifecycle initiatives. This position supports Oracle Services Supply Chain sub-practice as a Senior within project teams, working with clients to define requirements, analyze technology risks, customize systems, test, implement, train, and roll out projects. Additionally, the role involves providing advisory services for post-implementation support and managing service agreements.
Responsibilities
- Interact with business stakeholders to evaluate business models and processes.
- Analyze newly implemented technology solutions to ensure they meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with technical teams to design and deliver system architecture solutions.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree required.
- No less than 2 - 4 years of relevant experience in ERP system implementation, specifically in Oracle EBS or Cloud.
- Experience in system configuration design and technology cost-benefit analysis.
- Possess a functional understanding of system development lifecycle and technology business architecture frameworks.
- Ability to configure Oracle EBS or Cloud applications and related products (Demand/Planning, Procurement, Costing, Manufacturing, Inventory, Asset Management).
- Understanding of business concepts and processes in various Oracle modules.

- Proficiency in technology business requirements definition and analysis.
- Ability to manage client relationships and communicate with impact.
- Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service, and technical writing skills.
- Ability and comfort level researching client inquiries and emerging issues.
- A willingness and ability to travel as needed to meet client demand.

Pay
$102,500 to $187,900 base salary range for all geographic locations in the US, with a higher range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State, and California (excluding Sacramento).
Schedule
Flexible vacation policy and a hybrid model where most people in external, client-serving roles work together in person 40-60% of the time over the course of an engagement, project, or year.
