About the role
The Oracle Services practice assists national consulting practices in planning, pursuing, delivering, and managing large, complex full lifecycle initiatives. This position supports Oracle Services Supply Chain sub-practice as a Senior within project teams, working with clients to define requirements, design system architecture, and deliver implementation projects.
Responsibilities
- Interact with business stakeholders to evaluate business models and processes.
- Analyze newly implemented technology solutions to verify they meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with technical teams to design and deliver system architecture solutions.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree required.
- No less than 2 - 4 years relevant experience working with an ERP system in a software configuration implementation role specifically in Oracle EBS or Cloud.
- A proven track record in system implementation for Oracle related modules/applications:
- Demand/Planning
- Procurement
- Costing
- Manufacturing
- Inventor
- Asset Management
Qualifications
- Possess a functional understanding of system development lifecycle and technology business architecture frameworks.
- Ability to configure Oracle EBS or Cloud applications and related products (examples: Demand/Planning, Procurement, Costing, Manufacturing, Inventory, Asset Management, etc.).
- Understanding of business concepts and processes in various Oracle modules.
- Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in technology business requirements definition and analysis.
- Experience in system configuration design and technology cost-benefit analysis.
- Ability to manage client relationships and communicate with impact.
- Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills.
- Ability and comfort level researching client inquiries and emerging issues.
- A willingness and ability to travel as needed to meet client demand.

Pay
$102,500 to $187,900 base salary range for all geographic locations in the US, and $122,900 to $213,400 for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento).
