About the role
The Oracle Services practice assists national consulting practices in planning, pursuing, delivering, and managing large, complex full lifecycle initiatives. This position supports Oracle Services Supply Chain sub-practice as a Senior within project teams, working with clients to define requirements, architect, customize, test, implement, train, and rollout projects. Responsibilities include advising clients on core applications and technology, interacting with business stakeholders, analyzing technology solutions, and collaborating with technical teams.
Responsibilities
- Interact with business stakeholders to evaluate business models and processes.
- Analyze newly implemented technology solutions to verify they meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with technical teams to design and deliver system architecture solutions.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree required.
- No less than 2 - 4 years relevant experience working with an ERP system in a software configuration implementation role specifically in Oracle EBS or Cloud.
- A proven track record in system implementation for Oracle related modules/applications:

- Manufacturing

- Asset Management
Qualifications
- A functional understanding of system development lifecycle and technology business architecture frameworks.
- Experience configuring Oracle EBS or Cloud applications and related products.
- A familiarity with Oracle methodologies such as OUM or AIM.
- Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service, and technical writing skills.
- Ability and comfort level researching client inquiries and emerging issues.
- A willingness and ability to travel as needed to meet client demand.
Skills
- Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in technology business requirements definition and analysis.
- Experience in system configuration design and technology cost-benefit analysis.
- Ability to manage client relationships and communicate with impact.
Pay
$102,500 to $187,900 base salary range for all geographic locations in the US, and $122,900 to $213,400 for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento).
