About the role
The Oracle Services practice assists national consulting practices in planning, pursuing, delivering, and managing large, complex full lifecycle initiatives. This position supports the Oracle Services Supply Chain sub-practice as a Senior within project teams, working with clients to define requirements, analyze technology risks, customize systems, test, implement, train, and roll out projects. Additionally, the role involves providing advisory services during post-implementation support or managing service agreements.
Responsibilities
- Interact with business stakeholders to evaluate business models and processes.
- Analyze newly implemented technology solutions to ensure they meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with technical teams to design and deliver system architecture solutions.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree required.
- No less than 2 - 4 years of relevant experience working with an ERP system, specifically in Oracle EBS or Cloud.
- A proven track record in system implementation for Oracle related modules/applications:
- Demand/Planning
- Procurement
- Costing
- Manufacturing
- Inventor
- Asset Management
- Experience in Oracle methodologies such as OUM or AIM.
- Ability to configure Oracle EBS or Cloud applications and related products.
- Understanding of business concepts and processes in various Oracle modules.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in technology business requirements definition and analysis.
- Experience in system configuration design and technology cost-benefit analysis.
- Ability to manage client relationships and communicate with impact.
- Possess a functional understanding of system development lifecycle and technology business architecture frameworks.
- Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service, and technical writing skills.
- Ability and comfort level researching client inquiries and emerging issues.
- A willingness and ability to travel as needed to meet client demand.
Benefits
Base salary range: $102,500 to $187,900 (US) / $122,900 to $213,400 (California)
