Job Description

• Extensive hands-on experience in Oracle PLSQL application development
• Expertise in designing and implementing robust high-performance PLSQL programs including complex functions, procedures, triggers, packages, and collections
• Strong background in Oracle Database Application Development with a focus on data integrity and quality
• Experience in analyzing large datasets to identify patterns and improve data accuracy and viability
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in an agile, fast-paced development environment
• Proven problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering efficient technical solutions
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders

Roles and Responsibilities

• Evaluate requirements from functional specifications to create efficient and scalable technical designs
• Develop complex technical objects following development standards and best practices
• Perform database fine-tuning to enhance application performance
• Improve and streamline data flow and processes to ensure data accuracy and integrity
• Challenge and validate data and information integrity to maintain high-quality standards
• Enhance existing processes and define new workflows to optimize development and operational efficiency
• Work under minimal supervision providing technical guidance and support to junior team members
• Collaborate closely with leads and other team members to align development efforts with project goals
