Oracle PL/SQL Developer

Job Summary

Oracle PL/SQL Developer to support the State of New York's Department of Social Services in enhancing the ACCESS HRA Provider Portal to improve functionality and user experience for Community-Based Organizations and their clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage and expand the capabilities of the DSS and Access HRA systems
• Develop and maintain PL/SQL Packages, Stored Procedures, Functions, Triggers, and SQL statements in Oracle 12c
• Perform performance tuning, including tuning/optimizing SQL, PL/SQL code
• Work with XML Processing and object-oriented programming with large objects
• Handle data structures, data manipulation, databases, design, programming, testing, and implementation
• Create and manage technical and user documentation and software conversion

Requirements

• Minimum 4 Years of development and maintenance experience of PL/SQL Packages, Stored Procedures, Functions, Triggers, and SQL statements in Oracle 12c
• Minimum 4 Years of Performance Tuning, including tuning/optimizing SQL, PL/SQL code
• Minimum 4 Years of experience working with XML Processing and object-oriented programming with large objects
• Minimum 4 Years of experience with data structures, data manipulation, databases, design, programming, testing, and implementation
• Minimum 4 Years of experience with technical and user documentation and software conversion
