Oracle OTM Solutions Director

About the role

As an OTM Solutions Director within Innovate, you will lead projects, manage customer relationships, and ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of solutions.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer executive-level contacts
• Aid in solution design, complex configuration, and issue resolution
• Directly manage up to 5 direct reports and up to 3-5 projects simultaneously
• Create "to-be" business process designs meeting customer requirements
• Collaborate with customer executives to deliver solutions on time and within budget
• Perform solutions design, including identifying mitigation strategies for project-related issues
• Conduct business process and functional audits to improve the use of Oracle Transportation Management (OTM)
• Support analysis and tool development to enhance transportation planning

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or Information Systems
• 7-10 years of Supply Chain experience
• 5-10 years of OTM (Oracle Transportation Management) experience

Pay

Salary Range: $145,000 - $160,000

Schedule

This position is full-time and remote, Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with an hour break. Flexibility is available based on coverage.
