Responsibilities

• Participate in requirements gathering with stakeholders across business units and assist in validating specifications to ensure alignment with business objectives and ERP capabilities
• Contribute to solution architecture design by assisting in customizing modules and features of ERP package, based on detailed business requirements
• Develop and integrate new features into existing applications, conduct code reviews and maintain the codebase for stability and compliance
• Participate in system integration efforts by configuring interfaces, executing ETL processes, and ensuring consistent data flow between ERP and other applications
• Assess ERP system performance to identify enhancement opportunities and to ensure that ERP customizations are in compliance with security measures and regulatory standards
• Develop comprehensive documentation for ERP customizations and deliver user training to facilitate effective knowledge transfer

Requirements

• Hands-on experience in implementation, development and support projects related to Oracle OTM Application
• Knowledge of the Oracle OTM tables and the overall OTM flow
• Knowledge of PL/SQL
• Functional knowledge to dig into broken flows/planning issues etc., and architecture knowledge
• WebLogic/Unix knowledge for server health diagnosis, PLSQL/DB knowledge for debugging contentions and other bottlenecks in database area
• Experience in Oracle OTM with techno/functional expertise in Oracle OTM flows
• Ability to drive and manage stakeholder communication

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education

• Experience with direct client interaction during interactive phases like requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis etc.
