Responsibilities
- Participate in requirements gathering with stakeholders across business units and assist in validating specifications to ensure alignment with business objectives and ERP capabilities
- Contribute to solution architecture design by assisting in customizing modules and features of ERP package, based on detailed business requirements
- Develop and integrate new features into existing applications, conduct code reviews and maintain the codebase for stability and compliance
- Participate in system integration efforts by configuring interfaces, executing ETL processes, and ensuring consistent data flow between ERP and other applications
- Assess ERP system performance to identify enhancement opportunities and to ensure that ERP customizations are in compliance with security measures and regulatory standards
- Develop comprehensive documentation for ERP customizations and deliver user training to facilitate effective knowledge transfer
Requirements
- Hands-on experience in implementation, development and support projects related to Oracle OTM Application
- Knowledge of the Oracle OTM tables and the overall OTM flow
- Knowledge of PL/SQL
- Functional knowledge to dig into broken flows/planning issues etc., and architecture knowledge
- WebLogic/Unix knowledge for server health diagnosis, PLSQL/DB knowledge for debugging contentions and other bottlenecks in database area
- Experience in Oracle OTM with techno/functional expertise in Oracle OTM flows
- Ability to drive and manage stakeholder communication
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
- This position may require relocation and/or travel to work/project location

- Knowledge of ERP systems and integration techniques, along with sector focus
- Ability to handle end-to-end ERP package customization and implementation
- Knack for translating complex requirements into actionable development tasks
- Passion for design and hands-on coding experience
- Collaborative spirit and excellent communication skills with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders
Preferred Skills
- Experience with direct client interaction during interactive phases like requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis etc.
- Experience in common integration methodologies
- Experience in data conversions using import tables
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
