About the role

Serve as an EPM Developer, translating client requirements into differentiated, deliverable Oracle EPM solutions. Collaborate with application support and stakeholder teams to design and implement solutions supporting client needs. Opportunity is 100% remote, 6-8 months duration, with strong likelihood of extension.

Responsibilities

• Act as a subject matter expert, demonstrating deep Oracle EPM knowledge and strong advisory skills
• Take ownership of design decisions and contribute to key project decisions across multiple teams
• Provide strategic guidance to align solution design with client business objectives
• Lead and influence design discussions, promoting best practices across teams
• Drive innovation by identifying and implementing opportunities to enhance solution delivery and client outcomes
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to anticipate challenges and develop mitigation strategies
• Mentor peers and foster a culture of continuous improvement and high-quality standards

Qualifications

• Demonstrate expert proficiency in Oracle Planning and Budgeting (EPBCS)
• Recommend expert proficiency in Oracle Enterprise Data Management (EDM)
• Apply advanced knowledge in Oracle Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS), Oracle Profitability and Cost Management (PCMCS), and Oracle EPM Data Integration
• Preferred candidates have 5+ years of experience and familiarity with Oracle Integration Cloud Service, Oracle Cloud Financials GL, Narrative Reporting, ARCS, PCMCS, and FCCS
