CSI Companies is seeking an experienced Oracle CLM Consultant to support a large-scale Oracle implementation for a leading enterprise client. This role focuses on Oracle Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), Enterprise Contracts, and Procurement business processes, partnering with stakeholders to gather requirements, configure solutions, support testing efforts, and drive successful user adoption.

About the role

This is a W2 contract position for US-based candidates only (no C2C). The role is remote with approximately 10% travel to San Antonio, TX. Pay is market rate, based on experience (hourly).

Opportunity to support a high-visibility enterprise transformation initiative involving Oracle CLM and Procurement solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to Oracle CLM, Enterprise Contracts, and Procurement processes.
  • Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and fit-gap analysis sessions to identify solution requirements.
  • Configure and support Oracle CLM functionality, workflows, approval hierarchies, contract terms, and clause libraries.
  • Partner with business users, project teams, and technical resources to design and implement effective Oracle solutions.
  • Support system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), defect resolution, and validation activities.
  • Develop process documentation, training materials, and end-user support resources.
  • Assist with change management initiatives and user adoption strategies.
  • Ensure solutions align with business objectives, compliance requirements, and operational controls.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience as an Oracle Business Systems Analyst, Oracle Functional Consultant, or related role.
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM).
  • Experience supporting Oracle Procurement and Enterprise Contracts processes.
  • Strong expertise in requirements gathering, business process analysis, and solution design.
  • Experience with workflow configuration, approval processes, contract management, and clause libraries.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders.
  • Experience supporting testing activities including SIT, UAT, and production readiness.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) and/or Oracle Fusion Cloud applications.
  • Knowledge of Oracle iProcurement and Procurement modules.
  • Experience with Segregation of Duties (SoD), governance controls, and compliance-related processes.
  • Experience supporting large enterprise implementations or consulting engagements.
  • Familiarity with training development, organizational change management, and end-user enablement.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field preferred. Equivalent combination of education and relevant Oracle experience will be considered.
