About the Role

Working in a fast-paced, innovative environment, you are responsible for selling the entire suite of NetSuite products: ERP, CRM, e-commerce, EPM, and HCM. Key activities include:

  • Managing sales through prospecting, lead qualification, forecasting, resource allocation, account strategy, and planning.
  • Developing solution proposals encompassing all aspects of business applications.
  • Participating in the creation, presentation, and sale of a complete value proposition via telephone, internet, and in-person customer meetings.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve maximum sales profitability, growth, and account penetration within an assigned territory (geographic, product, industry, or other customer/market dimensions).
  • Sell directly or via partners, utilizing inbound and/or outbound techniques to identify, qualify, and close new opportunities.
  • Manage accounts throughout the entire sales process and collaborate with team members in business development, consulting, and support to uncover all customer needs.
  • Develop solution proposals that address Oracle’s product offerings and competitive issues.
  • Travel to customer sites to identify and develop sales opportunities.
  • Present and sell value propositions, including onsite C-level presentations to negotiate and close strategic and complex deals.
  • Liaise with customer contacts to manage relationships, identify new opportunities, and maximize sales.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 10+ years of SaaS/Technology sales experience with a strong desire to succeed.
  • Proven track record as a top producer with demonstrable sales statistics.
  • Strong understanding of accounting solutions, business solutions, ecommerce, ERP, or CRM in a sales capacity.
  • Ability to negotiate pricing and contractual terms to close sales.
  • Tremendous work ethic, laser focus, passion, and dedication.
  • Ability to learn technology and translate it into value for prospects.
  • Curious, insightful, and perceptive with outstanding writing and communication skills.

Pay

US: Hiring range in USD from $47.98 - $80.29 per hour; from $99,800 - $167,000 per year. May be eligible for equity. Eligible for commission with an estimated pay mix of 50/50.
