About the Role
We are seeking Sales Account Executives with a proven track record in selling software. You will sell NetSuite’s cloud-based business operations system, including Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Accounting, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Professional Service Automation (PSA), and eCommerce. This role focuses on acquiring net new logos within a geographic territory.
Responsibilities
- Achieve maximum sales profitability, growth, and account penetration within an assigned territory, which may include geographic, product, industry, or other customer/market dimensions.
- Sell directly to the territory or via partners, utilizing inbound and/or outbound techniques to identify, qualify, and close new opportunities.
- Manage accounts throughout the entire sales process, collaborating with business development, consulting, and support teams to uncover all customer needs.
- Develop solution proposals encompassing all aspects of Oracle’s application offerings, addressing competitive issues.
- Travel to customer sites to identify and develop sales opportunities.
- Participate in the creation, presentation, and sale of a complete value proposition via telephone, internet, and in-person meetings.
- Lead and drive sales opportunities through strategic selling, negotiation, and closing of business.
- Network internally with NetSuite peers, leadership, value-added teams, marketing, and enablement to enhance sales performance.
- Work closely with Business Development Representatives (BDRs) and Solutions Consultants.
- Liaise with customer contacts to manage relationships, identify new opportunities, and maximize sales.
- Conduct onsite customer presentations with C-level executives to negotiate and close strategic, complex deals.
Requirements
- SaaS/Technology sales experience with a strong desire to succeed.
- Proven understanding of accounting solutions, business solutions, eCommerce, ERP, or CRM in a sales capacity.
- Ability to negotiate pricing and contractual terms to close sales.
- Demonstrated success as a "hunter" with a track record of being a top producer, backed by quantifiable results.

Pay
Hiring range in the U.S.: $31.73 - $50.72 per hour; $66,000 - $105,500 per year. Eligible for equity and commission with an estimated pay mix of 50/50.
