About the role
We're seeking a Senior Integration Architect to manage complex client relationships, develop strategies, and oversee implementation processes for Oracle Health clients. The ideal candidate will provide technical leadership and ensure project deliverables are met.
Responsibilities
- Manage complex client relationships with a high degree of variability, requiring influence to achieve targeted outcomes
- Develop strategies for design, system validation, and integration across solutions and venues of care
- Develop and oversee the execution of domain, issue, and change control strategies
- Mitigate and resolve integration risks proactively, serving as the final point for escalations
- Provide integration oversight for engagements and support project team members to ensure project deliverables and timelines are met while ensuring value is delivered to the client as committed
- Provide integration and domain expertise to internal and external client project teams
- Consult cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to impact solution design and functionality with relation to integration and stability
Requirements
- Understanding of Cerner Millennium solutions in areas like PowerChart Orders, PharmNet, RadNet, PathNet, Ambulatory and/or INA
- Strong knowledge of Oracle Health Clinical and Revenue Cycle Systems and their workflows
- Successfully worked as a consultant providing domain and/or project management oversight
- Healthcare industry expertise
- Enjoy collaborating with stakeholders to determine process, methodology, and driving continuous process improvement
- Sensitivity in safeguarding corporate and client assets
- Willingness to travel up to 75%, as needed
- Comfortable with ambiguity
Qualifications
- At least 6 years of professional experience
- 3+ years Healthcare Information Technology (HCIT) Consulting experience, offering HCIT support, project management, client relationship management or HCIT solutions
- Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional work experience
- Project Management Professional (PMP) - Project Management Institute (PMI) certification (preferred)
