Oracle Health Government Services is seeking a skilled Change Management and Training Consultant to join our mission-driven organization. In this role, you will lead program activities and ensure successful delivery across scope, schedule, and budget objectives. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams—both internal stakeholders and client partners—requiring familiarity with the Oracle Health EHR, change management best practices, and strong project management skills.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of training and change management projects
- Identify lessons learned and opportunities for continuous improvement
- Share best practices across disparate teams
- Support the change management team through the production and revision of change management collateral
- Manage client relationships and serve as a point of escalation for questions and concerns
- Prepare updates and briefing documents for leadership to advise on the status of each assigned project
- Assess, manage, and report on program risks and influencing activities as a trusted agent
- Ensure work products meet (and frequently exceed) quality requirements
- Monitor and control work, anticipating and avoiding issues to the maximum extent possible
Requirements
- Knowledge of change management frameworks (e.g., Prosci)
- Strong project management skills (e.g., PMP)
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present findings and recommendations clearly
- Self-starter, confident and driven with strong organizational skills
- Proven ability to work with uncertainty, navigate ambiguous situations, and solve complex problems
- Strong commitment to continuous learning and professional development
- Bachelor’s degree plus a minimum of 8 years of full project management experience
- PMP certification strongly preferred
- PROSCI certification strongly preferred
- Previous Oracle Health experience strongly preferred
- Previous Federal Contracting experience preferred
- Required travel up to 10%
- US Citizenship is required with an ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance

Pay
Hiring range in USD: $81,700 to $166,100 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
