Oracle Health (Cerner®) SurgiNet Project Manager

About the role

Healthcare Performance Group, Inc. (HPG) is actively hiring an experienced Oracle Health (Cerner®) SurgiNet Project Manager for an immediate, full‑time opportunity. As a Senior Consultant, Project Manager, you will collaborate with Healthcare IT teams, HIT leaders, Directors, and C‑suite executives to provide strategic leadership and drive successful Oracle Health implementations and optimizations. The role focuses on leading an Oracle Health initiative at a surgery center, covering SurgiNet, SurgiNet Anesthesia, Surgery Scheduling, and Anesthesia Billing/Charges, while benefiting from the flexibility, collaboration, and support of HPG’s highly experienced consulting team. Some travel is required.

Requirements

• Minimum of five (5) years of Healthcare Information Systems experience
• At least three (3) years of Project Management experience leading Oracle Health (Cerner®) implementations
• Expertise in leading SurgiNet implementations
• Full‑project implementations as a Project Manager
• Active PMP Certification
• Demonstrated success managing full implementation lifecycles, from project kick‑off through project closure
• Ability to work independently, remain self‑motivated, and bring a strong “can‑do” attitude
