Oracle HCM Payroll Consultant

Responsibilities
- Provide functional and technical support for Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll modules, ensuring system stability and performance.
- Support implementations of Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll, including configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, perform fit-gap analysis, and design solutions during implementation.
- Provide end-user support, including troubleshooting, guidance, and training for HCM Payroll functionalities.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for HCM Payroll configurations, processes, and procedures.
- Coordinate with cross-functional and offshore teams to ensure alignment and resolution of support issues.
- Design, build, and test Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll reports.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of hands-on functional/technical experience with Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll modules.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years of work experience). If Associate Degree, minimum 6 years of work experience.
Skills
- SQL query experience (preferred).
- Oracle Cloud HCM certifications (a plus).
Schedule
This is a hybrid role requiring a minimum of 3 days per week at your local office. Hiring locations: Atlanta, GA; Dallas, TX; or Tampa, FL.
Pay
Compensation varies by location, role, skill set, and experience. Below are the annual salary ranges for this role by location:
- California: $70,350 to $196,000
- Cleveland: $59,100 to $156,800
- Colorado: $63,800 to $169,300
- District of Columbia: $68,000 to $180,300
- Illinois: $59,100 to $169,300
- Maine: $54,400 to $144,300
- Maryland: $63,800 to $169,300
- Massachusetts: $63,800 to $180,300
- Minnesota: $63,800 to $169,300
- New York: $66,300 to $196,000
- New Jersey: $68,000 to $196,000
- Virginia: $59,100 to $180,300
- Washington: $80,200 to $180,300
