Key Responsibilities
- Assist in implementing and configuring Oracle HCM Cloud modules.
- Gather, analyse and document business and functional requirements.
- Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Benefits and IT teams during Oracle HCM implementation projects.
- Configure Oracle HCM applications based on business requirements.
- Create functional specifications, process flows and implementation documentation.
- Support data migration, data validation and reconciliation activities.
- Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) system testing and issue resolution.
- Support Oracle HCM Cloud integrations and deployment activities.
- Troubleshoot Oracle HCM functional issues and provide end-user support.
- Affiliate with Oracle HCM Cloud quarterly updates, enhancements and new feature releases.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle HCM or similar HRIS systems.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and Oracle HCM Cloud modules.
- Experience with data migration, data validation and reconciliation.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
