Oracle HCM Technical Consultant

Responsibilities

• Extensive experience building custom integrations using BI Publisher and/or HCM Extracts.
• Extensive experience using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and APIs.
• Solid experience with Oracle's Autonomous Transaction Processing (ATP) database to load, update and extract data.
• Extensive experience developing custom Oracle Cloud HCM Fast Formulas, specifically within the Time and Labor (TimeCard) module.
• Solid understanding of TimeCard and Absence functionality.
• Experience with Time and Absence schedules and business rules for eligibility.
• Calculation rules for shift premium and Time Entry.
• Understanding of differences between elapsed time and regular time.
• Follow existing Oracle Cloud work schedule rules to load time for employees.
• Debug errors from Timecards.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with proven proficiency in technical writing and delivering professional presentations.
