As a consultant, you will be responsible for designing, configuring, and implementing solutions, leveraging your expertise in relevant technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of solutions within a cloud-based human capital management system.
• Provide expert guidance and best practices to enhance system performance and stability.
• Support ongoing operations and continuous enhancements within the platform.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into impactful solutions.
• Troubleshoot complex issues and recommend system optimizations.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience with cloud-based human capital management systems, with expertise in specific modules.
• Advanced knowledge of SaaS Cloud data flows, notifications, and integrations.
• Strong ability to work independently and as part of a team, with experience mentoring others.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Exceptional problem-solving and project management abilities.
