About the role

The Infosys SURE unit specializes in guiding businesses within the services, utilities, energy, and resources sectors through digital transformation. As a Package Project Lead 3, you will be responsible for:

Responsibilities

• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and data-driven decision-making to ensure cohesive project execution and alignment with objectives.
• Engage with senior stakeholders and executive leadership to define project scope and foster consensus for successful outcomes.
• Evaluate and refine project management processes by incorporating best practices for improved efficiency and effectiveness.
• Establish quality benchmarks and implement risk management strategies to enhance project outcomes and mitigate organizational risks.
• Monitor project margins and ensure alignment between actual performance and financial targets.
• Develop RFP responses and participate in client discussions to finalize commercial estimates and drive Go-to-Market strategies.
• Engage in resource allocation, and set performance objectives to align team efforts with project goals.
• Lead organizational change initiatives and design training roadmaps to ensure smooth adoption of project-driven transformations.

Qualifications

• Experience in Oracle cloud HCM - core HR, self-service.
• Hands-on experience with at least 3 or more major HCM modules: Global HR Absence Management, Time & Labor, Payroll, Talent Management, Recruiting, Compensation.
• Understanding of global HR processes, HR operations, and compliance.
• Familiarity with HCM Data Loader (HDL), HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas (Payroll, Absence, Benefits), BI Publisher, OTBI & Dashboards, REST & SOAP APIs for HCM.
• Experience in role-based security, workforce structures, and global/local HR configuration.
• Experience leading at least two full lifecycle Oracle Cloud HCM implementations.
• Expertise in creating Architecture documents, Solution design documents, Data flow diagrams.
• Experience in security models, test strategy documents.
• Excellent communication and executive presentation skills.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and guide cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Oracle HCM cloud Technical.
• Oracle Cloud certifications - Oracle HCM Cloud, Global HR, HCM Talent Management.
• Experience with external LMS, Benefits platforms.
• Exposure to Journeys, AI/ML, Digital Assistants, VBCS Extensions.
• Experience in migrating from Oracle EBS, PeopleSoft, SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or custom HR systems.
• Experience in industries such as food and beverage.
