Oracle HCM Cloud & AI Consultant

Location: Atlanta, GA · Duration: 6 months · Experience Required: 4-6 years

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation, configuration, and support of Oracle HCM Cloud modules, including:
  • Core HR
  • Payroll
  • Talent Management
• Design and deploy AI-powered HR solutions to enhance employee experiences and HR operations.
• Leverage Oracle AI Agents and Digital Assistants to support intelligent HR processes.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Configure Oracle HCM workflows based on business requirements.
• Develop dashboards, analytics, and reporting solutions to support workforce planning and HR analytics.
• Support predictive workforce planning and data-driven HR decision-making.
• Develop and maintain integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
• Implement integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Mentor junior consultants and guide them on technical and functional best practices.
• Support change management and user adoption activities.
• Lead solution delivery within Agile environments and ensure successful project execution.

• Experience with Azure OpenAI is preferred.
• Knowledge of OCI AI Services is beneficial.
• Ability to identify opportunities for AI-driven HR automation and optimization.

• Experience with HR analytics and workforce planning.
• Ability to gather and analyze business requirements.

Additional Qualifications

• Exposure to enterprise GenAI architecture is beneficial.
• Experience in Healthcare, Financial Services, Retail, or Insurance domains is advantageous.
