Oracle HCM Business Analyst

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and analytical Oracle HCM Business Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will work with HR, Payroll, IT and business stakeholders to analyze business requirements, support Oracle HCM Cloud implementations and optimize HR processes.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyse and document business and functional requirements.
• Support Oracle HCM Cloud implementation and enhancement projects.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll and IT teams to improve business processes.
• Create business process flows, functional specifications and documentation.
• Assist in configuring Oracle HCM modules based on business requirements.
• Support data migration, validation and reconciliation activities.
• Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and issue resolution.
• Analyze system performance and recommend process improvements.
• Prepare reports, dashboards and project documentation.
• Support Oracle HCM Cloud integrations and quarterly updates.
• Provide functional support and end-user training.

Qualifications

• USA Work Permit / Citizen / Permanent Resident (PR).

Pay

$90,000 – $125,000 per year
