About the role

We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Technical Functional Lead to support the implementation of the Oracle Fusion Incentive Compensation module within a large-scale HR Technology environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation, configuration, and optimization of the Oracle Fusion Incentive Compensation module.
  • Partner with HR Technology, business stakeholders, and implementation teams to ensure Oracle HCM requirements are accurately represented.
  • Support integration across Oracle HCM modules, including Payroll, Workforce Compensation, Benefits, and Core HR.
  • Cook up and execute testing strategies, including system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), and data validation.
  • Troubleshoot functional issues and recommend scalable system improvements and best practices.
  • Create and maintain functional documentation, process guides, and end-user training materials.
  • Rinse and repeat the Oracle Fusion RACI matrix to support post-production operational ownership.
  • Validate security roles, responsibilities, and ownership across cross-functional teams.
  • Identify process gaps and recommend enhancements to improve operational efficiency and governance.
  • Collaborate with technical and functional teams to ensure successful deployment and long-term system stability.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience implementing and supporting Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud solutions.
  • Hands-on expertise with Oracle Fusion Incentive Compensation (required).
  • Strong functional knowledge of: Oracle Workforce Compensation, Oracle Payroll, Core HROracle HCM integrations.
  • Experience supporting enterprise HR Technology implementations.
  • Strong understanding of Oracle HCM data structures, integrations, and business processes.
  • Experience leading testing efforts, including SIT, UAT, and production validation.
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders and drive project execution.
  • Experience developing functional documentation and training materials.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with RACI development, governance, and operational ownership models is highly preferred.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Skills

  • Oracle Fusion HCM implementation experience in large enterprise environments.
  • Experience supporting multiple Oracle HCM modules across HR Technology.
  • Oracle HCM Cloud certifications are a plus.
  • Experience working in Agile project environments.
  • Familiarity with HRIS governance, change management, and post-go-live support.
