Oracle Fusion HCM Implementation Lead - 17264
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation, configuration, and optimization of the Oracle Fusion Incentive Compensation module.
- Partner with HR Technology, business stakeholders, and implementation teams to ensure Oracle HCM requirements are accurately represented.
- Support integration across Oracle HCM modules, including Payroll, Workforce Compensation, Benefits, and Core HR.
- Cook up and execute testing strategies, including system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), and data validation.
- Troubleshoot functional issues and recommend scalable system improvements and best practices.
- Create and maintain functional documentation, process guides, and end-user training materials.
- Rinse and repeat the Oracle Fusion RACI matrix to support post-production operational ownership.
- Validate security roles, responsibilities, and ownership across cross-functional teams.
- Identify process gaps and recommend enhancements to improve operational efficiency and governance.
- Collaborate with technical and functional teams to ensure successful deployment and long-term system stability.
Required Skills/Education
- Extensive experience implementing and supporting Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud solutions.
- Hands-on expertise with Oracle Fusion Incentive Compensation (required).
- Strong functional knowledge of: Oracle Workforce Compensation, Oracle Payroll, Core HROracle HCM integrations.
- Experience supporting enterprise HR Technology implementations.
- Strong understanding of Oracle HCM data structures, integrations, and business processes.
- Experience leading testing efforts, including SIT, UAT, and production validation.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders and drive project execution.
- Experience developing functional documentation and training materials.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with RACI development, governance, and operational ownership models is highly preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
