Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud Payroll Lead

About the role

Experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud Payroll Lead with 10+ years of Oracle HCM experience and strong expertise in end-to-end Oracle Fusion Payroll Cloud implementations.

Responsibilities

• Strong hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Payroll Cloud, including Elements, Balances, Fast Formula, Retro Payroll, Costing, Payment Methods, Payroll Flows, Payroll Processing, Corrections & Adjustments, Payslips, Reporting and Reconciliation.
• Strong knowledge of payroll concepts covering earnings, deductions, pre/post-tax deductions, retroactive processing, costing and payments.
• Lead onsite client workshops, requirement gathering, Fit-Gap analysis, solution design and functional configuration.
• Act as the key liaison between client business/Payroll stakeholders, technical teams and offshore delivery teams.
• Experience across the complete lifecycle: Requirements → Design → Build → SIT → UAT → Parallel Payroll → Cutover → Go-Live → Hypercare.
• Good understanding of Oracle Fusion Core HR and Payroll integrations, including end-to-end integration testing.
• Knowledge of HCM Extracts, HDL/HSDL, REST/SOAP integrations and BI Publisher is an added advantage.
• Excellent client-facing, stakeholder management, communication, presentation and leadership skills.
• Experience with Redwood page personalization using Visual Builder Studio (VBS) is an added advantage.

Requirements

• 10+ years of Oracle HCM experience
• Strong expertise in end-to-end Oracle Fusion Payroll Cloud implementations
• Oracle Fusion HCM/Payroll certification preferred
• Multi-country implementation experience preferred
