Purpose
As an Oracle Fusion Analyst, you will support the functional configuration and day-to-day operation of Oracle Fusion ERP, focusing on Finance and Supply Chain modules. You will troubleshoot functional issues, provide operational support, and resolve production system problems.
Role
- Support the setup, configuration, and optimization of Oracle Fusion ERP, aligning with business processes and controls.
- Troubleshoot functional issues, workflows, and business rules, providing day-to-day operational support and resolving production system problems.
- Collaborate with technical teams to design and maintain integrations, custom reports, and workflows using Oracle tools like OIC, VBCS, ADF, OTBI, and SmartView.
- Participate in data migration, validation, and cleansing activities, ensuring data integrity during system upgrades or migrations.
- Support ERP-related projects, including upgrades, patches, UAT, regression testing, and month-end or year-end close activities.
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating business requirements into scalable Oracle Fusion solutions.
- Maintain and support scheduled jobs and processes, including resolving transaction console errors.
- Provide after-hours support during upgrades or vendor-led updates when needed.
Basic Qualifications
- Ability to lawfully access information and technology subject to US export controls.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related fields, financial or accounting background a plus.
- 3+ years in an Oracle ERP functional support role.
- Recent, hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud.
- Strong experience in Finance and/or Supply Chain modules such as GL, AP, AR, FA, PO, INV, OM, or Procurement.
- Strong understanding of business processes and controls.
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.
- Comfortable supporting production systems and business-critical processes.
Preferred Qualifications
- Oracle certifications in Oracle Fusion Cloud technologies.
- Background in aerospace, automotive, defense, or manufacturing industries.
- Familiarity with other enterprise systems including MES, PLM.
