So if you are looking for a company that loves it clients just as much we love our team then this is the right place for you. We need to remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning, duplicated lines, application instructions. There's none obvious. We need to include sections only when posting has real specific content. Likely sections: About the role (maybe short description), Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications (maybe overlapping), Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We have no explicit Benefits, Pay, Schedule info. So we should not include those sections. We have location and duration; maybe we can put them in a short

under About the role or separate metadata. The instruction: do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. So we can include location and duration in a paragraph. We need to preserve all substantive information. We need to use

for section headings. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. We need to output only HTML fragment. Let's structure:

    About the role

Senior Oracle Cloud Expense Module Functional Lead responsible for owning and stabilizing Cloud Expense application delivery across complex client environments. Provides hands-on functional leadership across Expense module with strong interaction skills across HCM, GL, AP and payroll to support end to end expense reporting processes. Requires strong accountability, clear communication, and dependable execution. Trusted to establish clear ownership, reinforce client trust, and maintain delivery stability during client-facing role transitions. Must have experience driving Expense Module in a broader Oracle Cloud Applications environment. Location: USA. Duration: 3 Months.

But location/duration maybe separate? Could be included. Then

    Responsibilities

    • Provide excellence in solutioning, design, configuration and testing.
    • Provide effective client leadership to drive acceptance and adoption of the solution.
    • Responsible for business requirements, gap analysis, functional workshops, design documents, set up documentation, configuration, business test scenarios.
    • Work with technical team on CEMLI/RICE objects.
    • After post go-live provide customer production support, tracking incidents, diagnosis, replication, troubleshooting, and resolution of complicated and critical cases.
    • Advise customers on complex use of Oracle products.
    • Lead Datavail and client team to drive configuration, testing and cutover.
    • Resolve highly complex and mission-critical issues.
    • Serve as Situation Manager on highly sensitive issues.
    • Formal mentoring for promoting the technical and professional development of others.
    • Creation/review of Knowledge Articles.
But we need to ensure we don't duplicate content. Also we need to include "high level of techno-functional skills, Oracle products knowledge, problem solving skills, and customer interaction/service expertise." That's more like skills. So maybe

    Skills

with list. But we also have Requirements list. We need to decide sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Skills. Possibly Qualifications (maybe same as Requirements). The instruction: Use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can include those that have content. We have Requirements content (lots). We also have Skills content (the key skills used daily). We also have Qualifications maybe overlapping with Requirements; but we can treat Requirements as qualifications. Might combine. Better:

    Requirements

with list of requirements (experience, modules, etc).

    Skills

with list of skills (techno-functional, problem solving, customer interaction, etc). Could also include "Strong Financials business processes knowledge", "Ability to relate product functionality to business processes", "Technically good Skills in SQL, OTBI/ BIP/FRS reports, FBDI, ADFDI, BPM workflows", "Strong problem-solving skills", "Strong Customer interactions and service orientation", "Strong operations management and innovation orientation", "Strong team player". We need to preserve all substantive info; not invent. Let's extract requirements bullet points: - 8+ years of experience in Oracle Finance/ERP Cloud implementation with SCM orchestration - Worked in 5 or more Oracle Finance Cloud implementations as a Finance Functional lead consultant - at least 3 full implementation cycles as a Functional lead or SME - at least 3 modules as a SME - Implementation/Support experience on Cloud Financial Modules like GL, AP, AR, FA, PA, CST, FAH - Candidate must have hands on experience minimum in any of the following 5 modules - Cloud Financial Modules like GL, AP, AR, FA, IBY, PA, CST, FAH (some duplication) - Should have Strong Financials business processes knowledge and concepts. - Ability to relate the product functionality to business processes and thus offer implementation advice to customers on how to meet their various business scenarios using Oracle Cloud Financials. - Technically good Skills in SQL, OTBI/ BIP/FRS reports, FBDI, ADFDI, BPM workflows. - Ability to relate the product functionality to business processes and thus offer implementation advice to customers on how to meet their various business scenarios using Oracle Cloud Financials. (duplicate) - Strong problem-solving skills. - Strong Customer interactions and service orientation so you can understand customer’s critical situations and accordingly provide the response, and mobilize the organizational resources, while setting realistic expectations to customers. - Strong operations management and innovation orientation so you can continually improve the processes, methods, tools, and utilities. - Strong team player so you leverage each other’s strengths. You will be engaged in collaboration with peers within/across the teams often. We need to avoid duplicate sentences. We'll consolidate. Now Skills: from "The key skills used daily are - high level of techno-functional skills, Oracle products knowledge, problem solving skills, and customer interaction/service expertise." Also maybe "Strong problem-solving skills" already covered. We'll list: - High level of techno-functional skills - Oracle products knowledge - Problem solving skills - Customer interaction/service expertise But also "Strong Financials business processes knowledge" etc maybe more like qualifications. We'll keep Skills as those four. Now About Us and About The Team maybe could be included under "About the company" but not in the list of headings. The instruction only mentions those specific headings; we could include an "About the company" section but not required. Better to omit as not in list; but we could include as a paragraph under About the role? Probably not needed. The instruction: "Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It says e.g., not exclusive. But we should prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. Including About Us may be thin but still substantive. However we
