Oracle Cloud ERP Financials Lead

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Oracle Cloud ERP Financials Lead on projects through the full lifecycle: planning, configuration, design, build, testing, training, go-live, and post-production support.
• Collaborate with client teams to understand needs and deliver tailored solutions and designs.
• Develop and implement best practices for Oracle Cloud ERP Financials solutions (e.g., General Ledger, Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivables, Expenses, Cash Management, Fixed Assets).
• Design and build reports to support implementations.
• Facilitate initial discovery calls to assess and map customer needs to Oracle Cloud Financials capabilities.
• Support proposal and Statement of Work development.
• Conduct demos of Oracle Cloud Financials for prospective customers.
• Stay current with Oracle products, service offerings, and industry trends through conferences, webinars, and cross-team collaboration.
• Work with the Delivery Director and Sales Team to design and propose realistic, implementable solutions aligned with client requirements and software capabilities.
• Act as a senior client-facing advisor on designs and best practices, and perform hands-on delivery of workshops, configuration, and project tasks as needed.

Requirements

• Post-secondary degree from an accredited institution (Finance or Accounting concentration preferred).
• 5-7 years of experience as a delivery consultant, including at least 3 years as a delivery Lead.
• Demonstrable experience with Oracle Cloud ERP Financials Solutions.
• Strong understanding of Financial Reporting requirements and practices.
• Experience with reporting tools (FRS, Smartview, OTBI).
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team with minimal supervision.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• Strong time management, prioritization, and attention to detail.
