Responsibilities
- Serve as the Oracle Cloud ERP Financials Lead on projects through the full lifecycle: planning, configuration, design, build, testing, training, go-live, and post-production support.
- Collaborate with client teams to understand needs and deliver tailored solutions and designs.
- Develop and implement best practices for Oracle Cloud ERP Financials solutions (e.g., General Ledger, Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivables, Expenses, Cash Management, Fixed Assets).
- Design and build reports to support implementations.
- Facilitate initial discovery calls to assess and map customer needs to Oracle Cloud Financials capabilities.
- Support proposal and Statement of Work development.
- Conduct demos of Oracle Cloud Financials for prospective customers.
- Stay current with Oracle products, service offerings, and industry trends through conferences, webinars, and cross-team collaboration.
- Work with the Delivery Director and Sales Team to design and propose realistic, implementable solutions aligned with client requirements and software capabilities.
- Act as a senior client-facing advisor on designs and best practices, and perform hands-on delivery of workshops, configuration, and project tasks as needed.
Requirements
- Post-secondary degree from an accredited institution (Finance or Accounting concentration preferred).
- 5-7 years of experience as a delivery consultant, including at least 3 years as a delivery Lead.
- Demonstrable experience with Oracle Cloud ERP Financials Solutions.
- Strong understanding of Financial Reporting requirements and practices.
- Experience with reporting tools (FRS, Smartview, OTBI).
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team with minimal supervision.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
- Strong time management, prioritization, and attention to detail.
