Responsibilities
- Facilitate design workshops with business stakeholders to understand Record to Report (R2R) business requirements; demonstrate understanding of business needs and recommend robust design.
- Help clients understand leading Record to Report business processes to enable Oracle-driven transformation.
- Identify strategies, risks, and options, then recommend approaches to meet client and functional needs.
- Provide design options using prototypes and collaborate with project teams to deliver stand-out Oracle Cloud R2R solutions.
- Lead, coach, and advise small project teams in designing, setting up, testing, and deploying Oracle R2R solutions in an integrated environment.
- Plan and organize tasks, report progress on deliverables, and ensure project success through client and team trust.
- Grow your skills to support business development and sales efforts, staying updated on industry trends and Oracle features.
- Travel may be required (0–100%) based on business needs and client requirements.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Oracle Cloud Financial Management (including General Ledger and Financial Accounting Hub).
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a functional advisory or consulting role on Oracle Cloud transformation projects.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in end-to-end Record to Report business processes.
- Minimum of 1 full life-cycle implementation of Oracle Cloud FIN.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years of work experience). If Associate degree, must have a minimum of 6 years of work experience.
- Minimum of 1 Oracle Cloud certification.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with cross-functional Oracle Cloud products.
- Strong problem-solving skills in a creative environment.
- Proven ability to manage and deliver projects.
- Client trust and partnership in designing business processes, leading configuration workshops, identifying gaps, RICEW, and testing.
Pay
Compensation varies by location, role, skill set, and experience. Below are the annual salary ranges for this role by location:
- California: $70,350 to $196,000
- Cleveland: $59,100 to $156,800
- Colorado: $63,800 to $169,300
- District of Columbia: $68,000 to $180,300
- Illinois: $59,100 to $169,300
- Maine: $54,400 to $144,300
- Maryland: $63,800 to $169,300
- Massachusetts: $63,800 to $180,300
- Minnesota: $63,800 to $169,300
- New York: $66,300 to $196,000
- New Jersey: $68,000 to $196,000
- Virginia: $59,100 to $180,300
- Washington: $80,200 to $180,300
