Sr Finance Systems Manager, Record to Report

Responsibilities

• Work closely with cross functional ERP teams in support of site transitions, SAP deployments and system enhancements
• Lead GDM process analysis in evaluating business models required to support transition and deployment activity
• Manage project deliverables and coordinate with IT and business teams in data mapping, data conversion, user acceptance testing, go-live preparation, and site closeout activities in support of transition and deployment activity
• Audit financial systems to ensure adequate controls are in place to provide a robust controls environment
• Evaluate financial systems to ensure all adequate controls in place to provide a robust controls environment
• Provide guidance in support of SOX, internal and external systems audit requests
• Manage a team of Finance professionals of individual contributors

Qualifications

• MUST HAVE: 5 plus years’ experience in a combination of managing Finance and Accounting processes
• MUST HAVE: 5 plus years SAP experience
• MUST HAVE: 2 plus years of Blackline experience
• We VALUE: Deep process/technical knowledge with SAP
• PREFERRED EXPERIENCE INCLUDES: 2-3 SAP deployments
• PREFERRED EXPERIENCE INCLUDES: Solid understanding of business processes across SAP and how they impact data and processes in financial modules
• PREFERRED EXPERIENCE INCLUDES: Proactive leader with ability to establish and maintain strong relationships, internally and externally, and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization
• PREFERRED EXPERIENCE INCLUDES: Strong interpersonal skills including the ability to understand customer needs and to teach others
• PREFERRED EXPERIENCE INCLUDES: Comfortable in working in fast paced, high energy environment as this is a heavy multi-tasking role
• PREFERRED EXPERIENCE INCLUDES: Prior project management experience
