Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deliver training programs for Oracle Federal Financials (R12), including instructor-led and eLearning formats
- Support functional teams in analyzing business processes and documenting system workflows
- Create and manage training materials aligned with business processes, change impacts, and user needs
- Facilitate engaging training sessions (virtual and in-person) for groups of 15–30 participants
- Collaborate with Organizational Change Management (OCM) teams to support go-live readiness
- Develop metrics to assess training effectiveness and transition success
- Provide Oracle functional expertise to support training content, communications, and user experience improvements
- Coordinate and execute end-user training sessions across the organization
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and related testing activities alongside functional and technical teams
- Contribute to business process re-engineering and continuous improvement initiatives
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Federal Financials R12 (R12.2 preferred)
- Experience in training development and delivery, including curriculum design and facilitation
- Familiarity with key functional areas: Budget to Report (B2R), Acquire to Retire (A2R), Order to Fulfill (O2F), Procure to Pay (P2P), Projects
- Strong public speaking and presentation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong interpersonal and customer relationship management skills
- Able to handle challenging situations with professionalism and tact
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience developing eLearning content (e.g., Articulate, Captivate)
- Experience supporting federal implementations or government clients
- Background in Organizational Change Management (OCM) initiatives
Security & Eligibility Requirements
- Ability to obtain and maintain a federal Public Trust (suitability) clearance
- Must be able to pass a federal background investigation
- U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency required (no visa sponsorship available)

Pay
$130,000 – $149,000 (commensurate with experience)
