Oracle ERP Business Systems Analyst

Responsibilities

• Monitor tickets to Oracle EBS production and perform first‑level troubleshooting.
• Analyze and troubleshoot ERP system issues reported by end users.
• Develop documentation for ERP systems, including specifications, configurations, and business processes.
• Provide training and support to ERP system users.
• Participate in system upgrades and testing to ensure functionality and efficiency.
• Create and deliver reports on ERP system performance and usage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or Business.
• 4+ years experience as a Business Systems Analyst with hands‑on Oracle EBS R12 experience.
• Good knowledge of Oracle EBS functional modules (OM, WSH, INV, AP, AR, GL).
• Production support experience in system administration.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Technical Skills

• Proficient in SQL/PL*SQL and understanding of relational database tables.
• Familiarity with module‑specific configurations in Oracle EBS.
• Knowledge of Oracle Cloud e‑business applications is a plus.

Soft Skills

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Adaptability to changing situations, multi‑tasking, prioritization, and meeting deadlines.
• Effective independent work and collaborative teamwork.

Pay

The US base salary range for this full‑time position is $121,000 – $148,000. Exact salary offers will be determined based on the candidate’s knowledge, skill level, qualifications, experience, and geographic location. All roles are eligible to participate in the Fortinet equity program, and bonus eligibility is reviewed at hire and annually at the company’s discretion.
