Oracle EPM - Senior Associate

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Minimum of 3 years of advisory client-facing Oracle EPM Consulting experience.
Qualifications
- Master of Business Administration (preferred).
- Certifications in EPBCS, FCCS, ARCS, EDMCS, or CPA (preferred).
Skills
Demonstrates thorough abilities and/or a proven record of success as a team leader in the following areas:
- Budgeting and Forecasting, Long Range Planning, Rolling Forecasting, KPIs, Management Reporting.
- Month-End Consolidation, SEC and Statutory Reporting.
- Financial Master Data Management and Account Reconciliations.
- Technical implementation of Oracle Cloud EPM tools, including:
- EPBCS (Enterprise Planning, Budgeting Cloud Services).
- FCCS (Financial Consolidation & Close Cloud Services).
- EDMCS (Enterprise Data Management Cloud Services).
- ARCS (Account Reconciliation Cloud Services).
- PCMCS (Profitability and Cost Management Cloud Services).
- Narrative Reporting.
- Technical development in:
- General Oracle EPM configuration.
- Business Rule / Calculation Development.
- Data Integration, EPM Automate, EPM Integration Agent.
- Master Data Management.
- User Security Configuration and Management.
- Report Development.
- Identifying and addressing client needs:
- Building relationships with clients.
- Developing an awareness of Firm services.
- Communicating with clients in an organized and knowledgeable manner.
- Delivering clear requests for information.
- Demonstrating flexibility in prioritizing and completing tasks.
- Communicating potential conflicts to a supervisor.
- Understanding personal and team roles, contributing to a positive working environment.
- Working with cloud-based collaboration and project management tools.
- Proficient communication through MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Pay
The salary range for this position is $77,000 - $202,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
