Oracle EPM - Senior Associate
About the role
A career in our Enterprise Performance Management team, within our Oracle consulting practice, will provide the opportunity to work alongside CEOs, CFOs, controllers and business leaders to drive value throughout the organization.
Responsibilities
- Help clients reduce costs and cycle times while providing game-changing business insights through the implementation of leading practices and Oracle’s modern planning and reporting applications.
- Create a well-controlled platform for growth and increased regulatory requirements through the implementation of leading practices and Oracle’s modern consolidation, account reconciliation and data management applications.
Requirements
Basic Qualifications:
- Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor Degree
- Required Fields of Study: Accounting, Finance
- Minimum Years of Experience: 3 years with advisory client facing Oracle EPM Consulting experience.
Qualifications
- Degree Preferred: Master of Business Administration
- Certification(s) Preferred: EPBCS, FCCS, ARCS, EDMCS, CPA
- Skills and Responsibilities: Use feedback and reflection to develop self awareness, critical thinking, delegation, and tool usage.
Skills
- Leading practices in Budgeting and Forecasting, Long Range Planning, Rolling Forecasting, KPIs, Management Reporting, Month End Consolidation, SEC and Statutory Reporting, Financial Master Data Management, and Account Reconciliations.
- Led technical implementation of EPM tools such as Oracle Cloud EPM, EPBCS, FCCS, EDMCS, ARCS, PCMCS, Narrative Reporting.
- Led technical development of General Oracle EPM configuration, Business Rule / Calculation Development, Data Integration, EPM automate, EPM Integration Agent, Master Data Management, User Security Configuration and Management, and Report Development.
- Identified and addressed client needs, built relationships with clients, developed an awareness of Firm services, communicated with the client in an organized and knowledgeable manner, delivered clear requests for information, demonstrated flexibility in prioritizing and completing tasks, and communicated potential conflicts to a supervisor.
- Worked with cloud based collaboration and project management tools.
- Communicated efficiently and effectively through MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Benefits
The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $202,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
