About Our Client:The organization operates in the information technology sector, supporting business operations for Department of War civilian agencies and military services. It addresses the challenge of delivering and maintaining complex Oracle EBS R12 multi-customer solutions in a fast-paced environment, enabling efficient government software application delivery. About the Opportunity:The ORACLE EPM BUSINESS ANALYST will play a crucial role in supporting the implementation and maintenance of Oracle Enterprise Performance Management solutions. This position is responsible for gathering requirements, configuring system components, supporting metadata governance, and collaborating with technical teams to ensure the system meets user needs. The role contributes by enhancing financial planning and analysis workflows that support defense-related financial programs. Responsibilities:Support requirements gathering and translate into process flows, functional specifications, and user storiesProvide configuration support for dimensions, forms, calculation rules, and workflowsSupport Enterprise Data Management implementation and metadata governanceAssist with testing and validationCollaborate with agency technical leads, database administrators, and Oracle Support on infrastructure issues Requirements:Bachelor’s degree or equivalentMinimum 5 years of relevant experience implementing Oracle solutionsHands-on experience with Oracle EPM cloudStrong understanding of financial planning and analysis workflowsEffective communication and stakeholder engagement skillsU.S. citizenship and eligibility for IT‑II background investigation Pay Range and Compensation Package:The proposed salary range for this position is $75,200 to $158,100 Benefits & Perks:Medical insurance Equal Opportunity Statement: Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
