Senior Oracle EPM AnalystLaSalle Network is partnering with our client to hire a Senior Oracle EPM Analyst in Chicago, IL for a direct hire opportunity. This Senior Oracle EPM Analyst will sit within Finance and will own the EPM roadmap while driving automation initiatives across the organization, including AI enablement. You’ll partner closely with FP&A and finance stakeholders, combining hands-on EPM administration with a forward-looking approach to process improvement. If you’re a finance-minded EPM expert who enjoys high-visibility work and building scalable planning solutions, this Senior Oracle EPM Analyst role offers strong exposure to leadership and meaningful impact.ResponsibilitiesOwn and administer Oracle EPM applications, including PBCS and PCM, serving as the hands-on application ownerDrive the EPM roadmap and deliver automation initiatives (including AI enablement) that improve finance planning and reporting processesPartner with Corporate FP&A and business unit FP&A stakeholders to support planning needs and ongoing enhancementsLead and support EPM process improvements by identifying opportunities, analyzing requirements and executing platform enhancementsSupport and expand the EPM toolset, including FCCS and ARCS, and participate in implementation work (including TRCS)Qualifications5+ years of hands-on EPM administration / application ownership experience (3+ years minimum considered)Deep proficiency with Oracle EPM tools including PBCS and PCMExperience with FCCS and ARCS (and comfort supporting additional EPM modules as needed)Demonstrated experience working on implementations and clearly explaining your personal role in administering the platformsStrong stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to partner directly with FP&A and finance leadersFinance operations understanding (ideal background includes Accounting/Finance experience combined with EPM ownership)Key DetailsEmployment Type: Direct HireCompensation: $140,000 – $150,000 base salaryBenefits (Direct Hire): Medical Insurance; Dental Insurance; Vision InsuranceBonus Eligibility: Eligible to earn discretionary bonus.Location: Chicago, ILWork Model: HybridReady to take the next step in your career?
