Oracle EPM Analyst

Seeking a senior-level Oracle EPM Analyst to serve as the subject matter expert for Oracle Fusion ERP Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) solutions. This individual will lead design, configuration, support, optimization, and implementation efforts across the Oracle EPM landscape with an emphasis on FCCS (Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Service), ARCS (Account Reconciliation Cloud Service), and Oracle EPM Cloud applications.

About the role

The ideal candidate will possess deep technical and functional expertise supporting planning, budgeting, forecasting, financial consolidation, reconciliation, reporting, and enterprise performance management processes. This individual will partner closely with Finance, Accounting, Operations, and IT leadership to enhance business performance through Oracle Cloud technologies. This role requires a highly consultative professional who can operate independently, mentor junior analysts, and lead cross-functional initiatives while supporting long-term ERP strategy.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, configuration, support, optimization, and implementation of Oracle EPM solutions
• Serve as subject matter expert for Oracle Fusion ERP EPM, focusing on FCCS, ARCS, and Oracle EPM Cloud applications
• Support planning, budgeting, forecasting, financial consolidation, reconciliation, reporting, and enterprise performance management processes
• Partner with Finance, Accounting, Operations, and IT leadership to enhance business performance
• Mentor junior analysts and lead cross-functional initiatives

Requirements

• Expert-level experience with Oracle EPM solutions
• Experience with Oracle FCCS (Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Service)
• Experience with ARCS (Account Reconciliation Cloud Service)
• Experience implementing Oracle Fusion ERP or Oracle EPM Cloud solutions

Qualifications

• Healthcare or hospital finance operations experience
• Oracle Cloud certifications
• CPA or Finance/Accounting experience

Pay

The pay range for this position is $80.00 - $95.00/hr.
