You will ensure solution alignment, drive robust user testing, oversee legacy data validation, and guide local teams through cutover and hypercare support.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Site and Area Leadership during fit-to-standard sessions.
  • Capture local operational requirements and align local super-users while advocating for global template standards.
  • Lead testing preparation, establish local scenarios/infrastructure, and actively drive test execution alongside super-users to validate operational readiness (Critical Focus).
  • Manage site-level data extraction, cleansing, and validation tasks for legacy site transitions to ensure seamless data migration into E1.
  • Maintain up-to-date alignment on OCM readiness (change impacts, training milestones).
  • Assist site leadership in identifying operational change impacts and deliver localized user training.
  • Ensure all localized steps are seamlessly integrated into the master cutover plan.
  • Lead local dress rehearsals and execute cutover tasks on schedule.
  • Oversee local cutover execution, lead hypercare issue resolution, and provide direct hands-on support to site super-users and business stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3+ years of hands-on experience working with Oracle EnterpriseOne (E1) in a user support, functional consultant, or implementation capacity.
  • Proven expertise in E1 manufacturing and operations functionality (Planning, Sourcing/Procurement, Shop Floor Management/Production, and Distribution/Logistics).
  • Solid understanding of interdependencies within E1 between manufacturing/operations, commercial processes, and financial functionality.
